Information About The Crash
The October 16, 2023 Administrator’s Report included the details of a crash at the intersection of E. Ann and Zina Pitcher.
The UD-10 report contains very little detail about what happened. According to the narrative, a pedestrian was crossing Zina Pitcher, headed west. He was struck by a vehicle turning right from Ann onto southbound Zina Pitcher.

Unfortunately, the very brief description does not offer much insight into what may have caused this crash. CIAA will update this crash if more details become available.
